Fallie’s version of The Fairy Flower or The Fairy Flower with wet hair, Blow Pop, fruit leather wrapper, Kit Kat wrapper and crumbs
She had to do an oral book report for the first time and the children had to dress up as a character in the story. Fall chose The Velveteen Rabbit and wore her hat and mittens. Since the teacher had already seen this ensemble, we thought her costume could use a little more punch. Aunt Sharon had just given the girl children a gallon-sized baggie crammed full of artificial flowers so Fallie made her own version of her favorite illustration from The Velveteen Rabbit. Also, this copy of the book she loves once belonged to her Grandpa Andy. It is older than I am.
