Finn and Fallie have been volunteering at the nature preserve close to our house for almost a year now. They have also attended summer camps there for the past four years in a row. Because of their knowledge and interest, they get to do cool stuff like hold two ball pythons at once. They also clean up a lot of poop.

The girl children got invited to spend some time with some honeybees. Fallie is ready for beekeeping camp to start now (or for her Grandpa to establish a beehive in his backyard). They got to see the queen (she does not like the sunlight so that photo didn’t turn out well) and brought home some delicious honey.
The skull girls almost got into a fight over who got to hold the little snake.
