Thanksgiving feast Because of circumstances beyond our control, we stayed home for Thanksgiving -  for the first time since before we were married.  There was not enough time to purchase a turkey and thaw it so K spatchcocked and roasted a lovely chicken for us.  Everything was delicious and it was quiet and mellow.  What a nice day.
