post modern pancakes with brown sugar
K and the girls made me my favorite breakfast for mother’s day. It would have been delivered to me in bed but pancakes with syrup are difficult to eat like that. These are based on Kenny Shopsin’s recipe which we first heard of in this movie. Post modern pancakes are basically pancakes, with cut up pieces of pancakes in them. K has added brown sugar for me which caramelizes so it is a bit crispy and of course sweet. Yummy!
