school play audition
Finn auditioned for the school play yesterday.  I was not allowed to watch (a policy I agree with) but she came back to me smiling and happy.  She had to perform a monologue (she chose Bagheera’s introduction to The Jungle Book) and sing a song (Phineas Frog - I don’t know this one).  Then they made her do some improv!  She was so funny describing this to me on the way home. Finn chose to wear a long sleeved dress yesterday and she looked so pretty.  I picked it out for her at the store and when she tried it on she said, “I look like Elizabeth Swann!”  I smile when I think of my sweet girl.
